It is this, combined with her unique ability to develop long-lasting relationships, that makes her invaluable to our clients.

Implementation Specialist

Britt is personable, friendly, and level-headed. With a background in psychology, she is very attuned to people’s personalities and knows how to respond calmly in stressful situations. 4 years of training experience and 8 years in customer service gives her the unique ability of practicing incredible patience and providing exceptional service.

Sharlene Coutou

Implementation Specialist

Sharlene has six years of programming experience and four years of support experience specifically for Health Care software. She left the Health Care Support Role to pursue a career in IT and brings to Maxident a Computer/Analyst Programmer diploma from Red River College and a passion for helping people to better understand and navigate our software. She is a focused listener, prefers a slow and steady approach to troubleshooting and training, and enjoys interacting with different people all day.
