Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming calls on the Technical Support line.
  • Communicate with dental offices (doctors, office managers, receptionists, etc…) regarding the nature of their calls.
  • Create new tickets for the support technicians to work on.


  • Fluent in English.
  • French – an asset.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Flexible working hours.
