Maxim Software Systems develops software applications for health professionals. Our flagship brand, Maxident, is a dental practice management program that enables dentists and their staff to properly run and manage their clinics.

As we grow, the Maxim family is looking for a person who wants a long-term career providing Customer-Centric Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following:

  • Providing exceptional service over the phone and/or in person.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge with the following RDBMS (MS Access, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) is an advantage.
  • Data migration is an asset.
  • Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and software in general.
  • Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware.
  • Experience with troubleshooting network issues.
  • In order for us to consider your application, you must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
