Customer Service Representative
Answer incoming calls on the Technical Support line.
Communicate with dental offices (doctors, office managers, receptionists, etc…) regarding the nature of their calls.
Create new tickets for the support technicians to work on.
Fluent in English.
French – an asset.
Great customer service skills.
